USG Design Studio™ is happy to announce the new Wall Selector tool now integrates fire-rated assembly design with ClarkDietrich™ ProSTUD®. The partnership enables users to search for UL fire assembly that specify ProSTUD, integrate new steel studs parameters into USG existing Revit® models for material take-off or wall schedule. "Design A Wall" has been consolidated into one panel. You don't have to switch back and forth for finding a fire-rated wall.
Integrated Search
Search fire assemblies by fire tests, sound tests or products.
Search by Product Names
For power users who want to find out fire-rated walls by USG product names, you can search by specific product names.
ClarkDietrich ProSTUD®
You can now filter fire-rated assemblies for ClarkDietrich ProSTUD®, download Revit® and CAD files that have both USG and ClarkDietrich product specs.
What is Wall Selector?
Wall Selector tool helps design professionals ensure that their buidling design addresses both fire safety and acoustical issues.
This comprehensive tool incorporates both third-party (like UL®) listed fire-resistant assemblies for fire safety and acoustical tests using USG® products and systems.
Use Wall Selector to determine fire rating designs, STC values, technical construction information per each design requirement. In addition, design professionals can download CAD and Revit® BIM files per assemblies to incorporate into their 3D models for accurate information. See Wall Selector.
